An original by Sheila, written for Paul's mother, Lida Smith. Avo is grandma in Portuguese. Lida Smith was Portuguese. Sheila took care of Lida at the end of Lida's life, during which time they became very close. Sheila called her "Granola". Found on the "Our Own Way" Vol. II album.
